Was watching ISS live stream and these lights drew my attention

On the NASA ISS live feed, witnessed these "lights" that seemed to flee once ISS was close. Could be a lens thing with the cameras? However the way they moved was unusual. The ISS and NASA feed went offline very shortly after.
