Saw this light formation in the cloud looks like it was rotating

Pulsating lights in the night sky. Roatating slowly. No known events featuring spotlights. Didnt move for 2 minutes. Definitely not lightning as it lasted 2 minutes. It was a cloudy night witb some rain. Temps in 40s.
