Location details: It was a pulsing light stationary in the western sky right on the skyline.

We were driving to Dunmore and I noticed it getting in our car it was in the western sky pulsing red green white light

I spotted the pulsing light and showed Mario I checked my phone app and it said it was nothing just showed Ursa Minor or Majors constellation. No satellite no star marklab is the only thing the app said. It followed us down and back and then disappeared in a blink. I've seen these orbs before but just now thought to report it
