Seen a plane flying east and above it at least 2 times higher than the plane a circular light was traveling opposite direction I grabbed my binoculars after watching it for a minute and when I put my binoculars up it was a dull light (compared to the stars) continuing in a northern direction until it went behind the clouds. It was above an airplane traveling opposite direction about the same speed but twice as high as the airplane.
