Three red lights were rotating, slowly moving to the east.

On a night with good visibility, there were three red lights visible that rotated as they slowly passed to the east. If the lights were to be connected by lines, it would form an equilateral triangle. It took no more than two minutes for them to pass a relatively small viewing angle.
