Saw a red/orange spinning wheel object ascending and then vanish into cloud bank. Mid-Day - Bright Sun Saw what appeared to be a wheel looking object spinning and ascending over in the direction of Hwy Loop 610 and Memorial/San Felipe area (I am about 6 miles from that area). Object appeared to be red/orange. Object slowly ascending, spinning from top to bottom, rotating like a wheel on a car.. had a slight wobble to it as well. Object ascended in an arc, and then when it got to a cloud bank, clouds started to move toward the object slowly and then the object was no longer in sight. Waited to see if the object would emerge from the other side of the cloud bank but it did not. Clouds stopped moving once object entered the cloud bank.
