Bright light above cloud. I was driving over by Promenade Mall and I new tonight was the super moon, so I looked up in the sky around 8, tonight and saw a white dot, very bright right above a cloud, it stayed for about five seconds and disappeared then in the same position, I saw the same light it was about the size of a truck or car. It shone twice very brightly and disappeared. Weird! No color just white.

Bright light above cloud.
