circular vague light traveling at high speeds in jerky circles... very strange

We Witnessed a continually circling light object. It was traveling at incredible speeds.

It appeared at first to be a beam of light, Like from a huge spotlight... But there was no bean coming from the ground, And no disruptions as it would have gone through trees or other tall objects... And to move a beam of light in this fashion would have required multiple people and super human like athletic abilities
