Large light appeared over Watts Bar Lake. Light got bigger and become vertical oblong. Light was stationary for 3 minutes. Then shot up 10,000 ft. Then light shot across sky traveling east to west very fast. Two lights were on underside. One clear & one small blue light. ((NUFORC Note: The party who submitted the report elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information, so we are unable to contact the witness. We suspect that the event was an evening sighting, not a morning sighting, but we have no way to confirm that suspicion. We have changed the time above. PD))
