neon green light oval shape The speed it moved is unbelievable
i saw trough my living room window a green like neon green oval shape that flew over the building in front into the sky and disappeared in a flash ,,very fast about 5 sec...and then the building across started flashing one after the other (no one lives theres its being renovated) 3 story high and the lights are flashing one after the other...
