Cigar shaped object over waynesboro 8 o'clock hour pm White to silver following a jet it had no contrail no lights no wings. No sound flying higher than a prop plane or blimp. I was out walking and pointed it out to a person standing in his yard, it was a cloudless sky, I looked down to get my cell phone for a pic and when I looked up it was gone. It hadn't been moving at a high rate of speed and my view was unimpeded.
