Object by pulse shine and wavy direction

At 04:00 pm, sep 20,2011 An object flow over my home at Encino, CA. I guess it should be higher than 33.000 feet. There was NO smoke, aura or related object around it.Sky was clear blue and direction of flying was from west to east Not faster than commercial airplane but it had strange shiny light,white color by some pulse that goes brighter and back to normal,like when an airplane changing direction and reflecting sunlight.I am airplane lover and I am able to recognize different airplane from far distance by speed and... but this one was unusual.Direction of flight was not a straight line, It was little wavy.Suddenly disappeared.I couldn't find it again.I guess base color of object was silver.BUT THAT WAS NOT AN AIRPLANE OR BALLOON.
