2 lights looked to be spinning.

Flying north bound over Bend, OR at 34,000’, I saw a light in the distance, about 50-100 miles west, over the Roseburg, OR area. The light disappeared the reapppeared 5 times, as if it was an aircraft spinning/rotating with its landing light on. Altitude was approx 38000’+. Another appeared below it, with the same spinning light motion, then both disappeared.
