Saucer shaped craft with rotating midsection that contained multiple tiny round illuminated windows other multi colored lights all over

Craft spotted at night by my older brother who noticed flashing colored lights outside home in front yard. We were inside watching tv, I looked and we screamed UFO, we called our mom and she saw it as well. Ran outside craft was about 700ft up traveling slowly in straight line in Nw/Se direction silently rotating counter clockwise. Watched it until it was over tree line. Mom called police to report they said maybe it was a hot air balloon. No it wasn’t. Flying rotation saucer. No one else saw in neighborhood. I was 12 brother was 15, mom was 49.
