I was driving down bull St someone said to look up. I saw 4 lights in a square directly above my car.

The 4 lights appeared stationary and silent. One light seemed to dim occasionally. They were forming a square directly over the downtown area. I drove a little further to (3min drive ) Monterrey square and got out and saw them still in the same spot and no noise. I was working so I couldn’t stay abs watch.
