Multiple orbs of light that seem to move in the same direction and then disappear in the same spot.

All witnesses observed multiple orbs of light that seemed to move in the same direction and disappear and then reappear in the original spot they first appeared. During this the some orbs would get brighter and dimmer. At times it appeared that orbs of light would spawn from other orbs. This incident was observed by myself and 4 other police officers and 1 citizen.
