multiple layers of lights in a rectangle formation

while i was taking pictures of the moon an object apeared in front of the moon. there were no aircraft or lights in the picture taken 15 seconds before. object has one long light bar on bottom with a row of small orange/red colored lights above that and one more row on top of that one with larger white lights. i just want to know what this is. this picture was taken outside so i dont think its a reflection.
