2 Objects on bay between parkway exits 10 and 25.

Driving northbound on the parkway between mile marker 10 and 25 I noticed two flying objects over the bay. Looked very distant at the beginning of my drive. Thought they were helicopters because of a blinking red light. I noticed they kept moving away from each other and meeting back up in 5 min intervals.

By the time I reached marker 20 the 2 objects were next to me in the bay at a low flying altitude. I would have chalked it up to two helicopters but these two objects had connected and were very still with no noise. A chopper this low would have been loud.
