Translucent light blue sphere with orange electrial bolts apearing inside and tail trailing behind.

Tanslucent light blue sphere with orange electrial bolts apearing inside and tail trailing behind.

Translucent light blue sphere with bright orange electrical type bolts flashing inside. Had a tail trailing behind similar to a comet. At first it apeared as a shooting star but was not and was flying very close to the ground, maybe 1 mile up.
