Big white ball with red dot on front end was green an trailed purple

I was outside putting my goats up for the night and I came out of the barn turned around and this huge ball shot across the sky. It started out like a point had some red on the point then turned into a huge white ball then it had green an then a purple tail. It was way to big to be a shooting star an defiantly wasn't a plane .
