Orange shrouded light ,

An orange type object moving at a consistent speed, the shape resembled a jellyfish , or parachute in the horizontal position, approximately 100 yards above ground level, no audible sound what so ever,witnessed by myself and 2 others as we exited the corner store. No traffic or other external sounds.
