Silver cylinder obect flying close to public beach.

Went to pick up my son at the Battle Run swimming area at Summersville Lake WV and I observed a silver, cylinder craft, in daylight, flying below the clouds, in a straight line.

It made no sound. It did not have any wing structures as far as I could see.

I observed the craft for about 20 seconds. It was moving very fast. The object did not leave a trail.
