Witnessed three glowing orange objects traveling northewest in a triangular formation with a forth following behind

Witnessed four objects total. Three were in a triangle formation with one trailing behind. The objects were round in shape and had a glowing orange color. They moved across the sky in a northwest direction and appeared to be traveling slightly lower than jet aircrafts.
