flashing white light and out if sight in less than 3 seconds

i was looking up at the stars around point of Sagittarius seen a flashing light it was the size of the stars. it blinked 3 time move about the wight of a adult hand stopped and at the time of night i seen it move faster than anything Ive ever seen out of sight it was heading north and curved west i could see like a vapor trail but not a vapor trail i believe it was higher than a satellite like i say it was out of sight in less than 3 seconds
