Silver bell with flames at bottom and silver metal frame with red bottom

it was about 7 30 and we were out side an we looked up an saw these 2 bell shaped craft with with what looked like to be a metal bell with a black frame at the bottom of them and it made a sound like blazing fire and the were traveling west to east and before we knew it they were gone.
