I was looking up at the sky real quick and i noticed a green flaming ball shape object with a blueish and green like flame coming out of the back of it. It came down pretty fast and all a sudden it went down some were over the ocean.

I tried to take a picture of of but I was not able to en time.

From what I noticed it made no sound at all and didn't really see anything following it our coming off of it except for the flame.
