2 Hovering stationary drones with green/red anticollision @2000ft lasted over an hour

Object seem to be some type of hovering drone with green red strob anti-collison lights one due west @ 1500ft and one sw @ 2000ft they were completely stationary,for over an hour. Just prior to the sightings two military helicopters flew near same altitude in formation they sounded like AH-60s
