Light bulb shaped, very bright, soundless object

A very big, very bright (whiter than white) flash-bulb shaped thing with no tail falling from the sky very fast. Faster than any plane bit not as fast as a "falling star". No sound what so ever. Went down in a forest. Not possible for me to go to
