Sat outside and saw lights appear and disappear in the sky.

a friend and I were sat outside enjoying a beer, roughly around 11pm at night and we both saw lights in the sky appear and then disappear over a duration of a few seconds.

At this point we were both confirmed with each other what we saw which we thought was a small plane.

There was no noise, just lights and came from nowhere and disappeared into nowhere.
