Two bright white lights with a translucent veil. Traveling NE @ 4:30 am Eleven Mile State Park CO

UFO spotted approx 4:30 am at Eleven Mile State Park in Colorado (Lake George/Hartsel area Colorado.) 2 bright white lights with a translucent veil traveled from overhead to NE horizon just before dawn.

Moon had just risen as a crescent. Duration of sighting was 3 to 5 minutes.

Detailed description:

White lights at least twice as large and 3 times as bright than Jupiter. Lights about length of index finger with arm extended. No noise, observed for anti collision lights; none.

Translucent white veil extended beneath, approximate 3 times the distance of the lights. The veil had a distinctive "J" shape that did not change. The translucent looked like a nebula viewed through a low power telescope.
