A light was moving at extreme speeds in a sharp circle it was changing from blue to white on route 2 east bound.

the light was manuvering at extremely high speeds in a circle and changing from blue to white. The center of the circle it was flying in was always alined with same point of the car.It was shaped like a fireball.Only one was observed.
