Unusual sighting in South Williamsport, Pa

I would like to report something unusual tonight. Four lights in a rotating pattern moving at a high rate of speed and it made minimal air noise that lasted approximately 2 seconds from horizon to horizon. However, it appeared to be at altitude of less than 1000ft.

PS we have never seen anything like this before.
