Metallic round object hovering above the air show
I was on the G street pier watching the air show when a round metallic object caught my eye. It seemed too high up to be a helicopter, as several helicopters were holding a perimeter for the show. (Maybe 30,000 feet?) It did not move, just hovered, stationary, in one spot. Just as I pointed it out to my friend and asked, "What the hell is that?" It pulsed and shot upward quickly disappearing. He missed it and told me it was probably a plane.
I kept looking to the sky after that trying to figure out what had just happened. Several planes went by later at the same altitude, but looked nothing like what I had seen. It definitely wasn’t a plane.
