Observing the first orbits of Echo 2 radar-reflective satellite through a 50 power telescope, I saw a "lesser light" perhaps spherical,white in color and unchanging, approach the satellite, fly parallel,for a few seconds, circle the satellite 3 times, then fly off in a manner/ direction consistent with the direction of approach.
