Red Lights Over Ocean Emerald Isle NC

Several Round Red lights seen over the ocean from the southern outer banks.

Brightly hover in rows/triangles/randomly then fade out and reappear close by.

Calm Still night with a clear sky no sounds of aircraft near.

Have been seen other nights as well for over a year. Not flares!!!
