Chicago,Il on the North side Wicker Park @ Dame & Milwuekee ave.

A ring of fire abour 20 feet in circle of fire round cylinder in the sky about 30 story above the street level. The ring of fire I have on my cell phone. Colors of fire, red ,brown, black .

As I observer the ring of fire in the sky, it didn't move across the sky just kept burning but did not disspate or change shape only kepted burning after 20 minuits ,

I walked away and from the area but still was able to see ring of fire .

3 blocks West on Milwuekee ave.
