5 stationary blinking lights in a diagonal line, NW Tucson

From central Tucson looking Northwest, there were 5 white lights blinking, larger then planes, in a diagonal line pointing upwards, staying still, then fading out.

Moments later, 3 brighter lights appeared in the same area, but not in a line and then faded out.
