Brite light seen over reno,nv. This is the 2nd time I have seen this light and it's not a shooting star.

This is the second time I have seen this light. The first time I saw it was 2 months ago late at night. It came from the south and was going north. The first time I thought it was a shooting star but it held a constant elevation.

I saw the same thing again tonight. This is no shooting star and it make no noise at all. The light is so bright and looks just like a star light, pure white and it stays on course without any elevation change at all. Has any one else seen this light.
