2 white bright lights northbound. 2nd brighter than light ahead. NO beacons, no nav lights. NO sound. 170 mph aprox

2 white bright lights crossed the sky straight northbound at aproximately 20:15 hrs. The second light brighter than the light ahead of it. NO beacons, no navigation lights and produced no sound at all. Slow speed, possibly 170 mph. Altitude unknown.
