object bright orange lift from mountains at an alarming speed

saw an object come from the mountains. There are no small airpoirts or any landing strip of any king. The object gaind altitude at an alarming rate and pased over my head where it disapeared it had beams that where visable. I live in a small town. Its quite and the stars are beautifull didnt expect to see this.
