I would like to respond to the 3-19-99 Illinois report. At midday in March (I'm not sure of date) I was driving near Rt. 53 in Lombard and saw a craft of some sort moving ridiculously fast, including odd turns and angles. I viewed the craft for about a minute. It just didn't seem to be a plane or helicopter. This was similar to what person reported from 3-19-99 on Rt. 53.
