Bright green circular object rapidly moving across the sky

The craft was a bright green, extremely rapidly moving object that appeared to be high up in the sky. It looked like a bright green firework, but it appeared to be too high and was traveling south-west without burning out or exploding.

They followed a straight line, and there was only one. There was also an aircraft near it, though not right next to it.
