A black or dark dot was seen hanging in the sky for a period of several minutes.

Approximatly thirty people witnessed a dark object-very distinct dark black round object against the clear sky. It was just about dusk and the object was getting hard to see. It stayed fixed at its position for approx. 10 minutes. It was February 27th at about 5:35.
