Characteristics: Lights on object
It was a very Bright light and it was hovering for about 7 minutes (approx) and then it shot out in the sky with excessive speed and then returned about 1/2 an hour later for about 3 minutes.
It was a very bright blue and green light and it was farely large and it had lights flashing around the UFO it was a blue color.
