Blue light falling from the sky

I was going to Wendy's in Essex, VT to have a quick snack.

When I was just about to cross RT 15 with Sussie Wilson Rd I saw something -a light blue light- falling from the sky. There was no explosion and no fire and I cannot identify how far it was.
