I saw a triangular shaped object having one white light of each corner on the Halifax Nova Scotia harborcam on 10/27/04 around 1917 EDT

I saw a triangular shaped object outlined by three white lights on the harborcam of the http://novascotia.cbc.ca web site. This object was shown over the McDonald bridge as seen from the Dartmouth side of the harbor looking NW.
