UFO over Long Island

There was a bright light in the sky. At first I thought it was a jet but realized that it was not moving.

I got my video camera and attached it to a tripod and began to video tape with a 360 X zoom lens. What I saw was amazing. It was round and appeared to have the landscape of a planet. There was a green corona around the outer edge of the circle with a black band that went across the circle horizantlly.

The obeject also appeared to be pulsating. As I checked other websites with planets did I realize that this was no planet.
