Sighting similar to cross-shaped light formations seen on 03/12/00 and 04/15/04

Similar to earlier sighting on 3/12/00 and 4/15/04. Differed in that the lights were in a line and wavered in a manner similar to a mirage. The size of object or objects and distance was difficult to determine. No sound. White lights and no visible attachment.
