Woman in darkened, rural beach property saw object hovering over ocean, rise, dart, descend and disappear.
Woman had just finished dinner, and had just turned out all the lights in her rural beach property. She noticed an object hovering just above the water, which started to climb. It stopped, went sideways, then dropped down again. Object had many lights, and "had frames."
