Light came over Town of Elsmere then shot off.

I was sitting outside with a few of my friends, when I looked up and saw a light move across the sky and then zoom off into the sky. It was round and white, it was also a very clear night. I live in the Philadelphia International Airport, and New Castle County Airport's airspace. I have never seen anything like this before in my life.
